ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, you will clear Mexican Immigration using only your passport. Then, proceed to the baggage carousel, secure your bags and head for the Customs area.
You may be subject to a random inspection of your luggage (this is a routine inspection that should take a few minutes). Having completed this exercise, please keep walking to the outside of the airport building and kindly disregard ALL people trying to sell transportation and timeshare.
Walk straight through the hallway and pass the sliding glass door all the way to the exit where you will see our Maritur staff, wearing a RED SHIRT and BEIGE PANTS, holding a sign with our Logo.
